No Insurance? No Problem!
We provide discounts for patients without insurance.
A wide range of diagnostic solutions for your dental concerns. We use the latest state-of-the-art technology such as intraoral cameras, digital radiography in the form of digital X-rays and iCAT Precide CT scans.
Nickels Dental also offers comprehensive dental services in the form on dental exams, cleaning sessions, fluoride treatment, dental sealants, oral cancer exams and screening, periodontal evaluation and much more!

We understand patients have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligation. Click below to apply!
You will pay for your first visit in full, if you have dental benefits, our office will file your claim for you and you will be reimbursed. We are an unrestricted provider which means we can work with you to maximize your dental benefits, however if you are self pay that is perfectly fine as many of our patients are. Our goal is to take care of you and your dental needs, we are patient focused not insurance focused. There is never a guarantee of payment from insurance when filing claims.
